In 2019, I exercised every day for three months because of Suzuki. I had to cut back because the frequency became too intense and too stressful. But I'm a fan of her work; I recommend it.

I think student loan debt is uniquely American. College is free or low-cost in other advanced economies i.e. Germany and France. The same is true for China, despite fierce competition for coveted STEM admissions. Many of the Gulf Arab states fund their citizens' higher education abroad. In regard to Americans, I see both college degrees and degrees of college debt.
