Excellent video! Here are ideas for my own dopamine detox (including some **previous norms). I omitted practices adopted in the last six months.
-- Eat hot food warm.
** Eat hot meals bland.
** No personal finances X days a week
** Black tea over black coffee (if any caffeine)
-- 15 percent less internet each day
