My name is Jubalyn ExWilliams, a current renter and chair of the Environmental Committee of the Harrisburg NAACP. Under my tenure, the Environmental Committee has residential fire code inspection and enforcement of the fire code as part of our advocacy for non-arson, residential fire prevention.
